Sunday = pancake time! 🥞 The colorful @eat.click.travel, better known as Shreya, created an incredible breakfast loaded with delicious toppings. Get inspired and try this easy recipe for yourself!
Ingredients
- 120 g buckwheat flour or whole wheat flour
- 2½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 240 ml plant-based milk
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp date syrup
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and add about 1 tablespoon of oil for each pancake.
- Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into the center of the pan for each pancake.
- Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stack your pancakes, top them with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
