raspberry bliss balls

Ingredients

fresh dates 200g
raspberries 115g
oatmeal 80g
almonds 55g
shredded coconut 65g

cacao nibs 25 g

Method

  1. For the best results, we’d definitely recommend using a blender!​Add the pitted dates, raspberries, oats, almonds, and half of the desiccated coconut to the blender and blitz well. Make sure everything is finely ground and thoroughly combined into a smooth dough.​Fancy adding cacao nibs? Once the rest of the ingredients are blended, simply knead them into the dough by hand.
  2. Use your hands to roll the dough into balls, aiming for about 30g each. This will make them roughly the size of a bouncy ball.
  3. Pop the remaining coconut into a small bowl or shallow dish.
  4. Then, roll your raspberry Bliss Balls in the coconut to give them a lovely coating on the outside. You can keep the Bliss Balls in the fridge for up to a week, or pop them in the freezer for up to a month.
