Updates
We provide updates to inform interested parties about news, our offerings, promotions, and related matters. Your email address is added to the subscriber list only with your explicit consent. Each update includes a link allowing you to unsubscribe. The newsletter subscriber list is not shared with third parties.

When an order is placed, data is stored in Yogi & Yousef’s personal data records. Yogi & Yousef does not provide data to third parties—without a lawful reason or outside the scope of the purpose of its data records—in a manner that compromises the customer's privacy.

Your rights
Under applicable Dutch and European legislation, you, as the data subject, have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on our behalf. Below, we explain what these rights are and how you can exercise them. In principle, to prevent misuse, we send transcripts and copies of your data only to the email address we already have on file for you. If you wish to receive the data at a different email address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to provide proof of identity. We keep a record of processed requests; in the case of a request to be forgotten, we retain anonymized data. You will receive all transcripts and copies of data in the machine-readable format used within our systems. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (*Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens*) at any time if you suspect that we are using your personal data improperly.

Right of access
You always have the right to access the data relating to you—or data that can be traced back to you—that we process (or have processed). You may submit a request to this effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send a copy of all the data to the e-mail address we have on file, along with an overview of the processors holding this data and the category under which we have stored it.

Right to restriction of processing
You always have the right to restrict the processing of data concerning you or that can be traced back to you (whether processed by us or on our behalf). You may submit a request to this effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send a confirmation to the email address we have on file stating that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right to data portability
You always have the right to have the data concerning you or that can be traced back to you (whether processed by us or on our behalf) transferred to another party. You may submit a request to this effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send transcripts or copies of all data concerning you—which we have processed or which has been processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf—to the email address we have on file. In such a case, we will likely be unable to continue providing services, as the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.

Right to object and other rights
In certain cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Yogi & Yousef. If you object, we will immediately cease data processing pending the resolution of your objection. If your objection is well-founded, we will make transcripts and/or copies of the data we process (or have processed) available to you and subsequently permanently cease processing. Furthermore, you have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. We do not process your data in a manner that triggers the application of this right. WebwinkelKeur Reviews
We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name, place of residence, and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to ask for further details regarding your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this information solely for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.
